| Camp Arnaz General Information and Rules ALCOHOL (DRUGS AND FIREARMS): Alcohol is not permissible for Girl Scouts and/or other youth serving organizations. If you are found with ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND/OR FIREAMS you will be asked to leave Camp Arnaz, and your group will not be allowed to return. SMOKING: Since we are in a high risk fire area, adult smoking will be permitted on the concrete patio area of the Lodge ONLY. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in a fireproof container. If your event allows smoking you must provide suitable ash cans on the patio. Cigarette buts left on the ground create a fire hazard and require additional cleanup by staff and you will be charged accordingly. TRASH: All trash must be in tied trash bags and put out next to the camp road. TRAILERS: only STAND ALONE TRAILERS will be permitted in the campground. You must detach trailer from vehicle and move vehicle to parking lot within 30 minutes. All motorhomes must be parked in the parking lot. PARKING: Vehicles may only enter the campground for immediate loading and unloading of equipment; 30 minutes maximum. "Deposits will be forfeited for groups leaving cars in the campground for longer than 30 minutes. OPEN FIRES: An adult must supervise the fire the entire time it is lit until such time as it is completely extinguished. Rake area around fire pit and have hose or water bucket nearby. Let ashes die in the fire pit and completely water down before check-out. The fire pit should be cool to the touch. ARCHERY/HORSES/ROPES COURSE: These areas are off limits.
